1） Cash on Delivery
The payment is made in cash at our delivery of your ticket(s).

2） Money Order
We need to receive the remittance one week before the ticket expiration. After receiving your remittance, we will reserve and deliver the tickets for you (You can have your tickets sent through post, reserved, delivered to you or to a third party）.

-Delivery

Home Delivery (Shanghai Area)：
We only offer the home delivery service in the Shanghai area. After the order is confirmed over the phone, the validity of ticket is ensured. (We will cancel your order if we cannot contact you within 48 hours of the time of purchase).Delivery covers inside Pu Xi inner ring and the Lujiazui Pu Dong free of charge.Delivery to other regions is subject to additional fees. Tickets ordered in other provinces and cities than Shanghai can be delivered by mail or other means.
Attention：（1）Price, time and place of delivery of the ticket are determined by phone confirmation;（2）Only costs within RMB 100Yuan are covered by the free delivery. Extras beyond the covered amount will be charged.

Advanced Payment：
For some tickets, you are required to pay in advance, then we will reserve or deliver the tickets by EMS after the ticket release，and a 20RMB surcharge applies for the EMS delivery.

Advanced Payment for Ticket Reservation：
The ticket reservation service is for free of charge, but you are required to pay in advance. When you arrive in Shanghai, you can provide us with your address in Shanghai and have us deliver the tickets. (delivery charges apply).
